IMPORTANT – Please contact us first about your intentions and reasons for your returns before mailing it out.

Returns or exchanges sent to us without prior notification may not be processed depending on the condition of the item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

  • If you want to return or exchange an item, please let us know via the “Contact Us” page. We will handle returns on a per item basis.
  • We only take returns if your item is damaged on arrival or when you received the wrong item.
  • Item(s) you return must be in their original form (unused and unaltered).
  • We will NOT process any returns or exchanges after 30 days.
  • We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless there was a mistake with the order.

RETURN ADDRESS

A return address is included in the packing slip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders are processed very quickly and work begins on them very soon after the order is placed. In most cases, you won’t be able to cancel an order after it has already been processed. Cancellation requests will be treated on a case by case basis. Please send any questions you have about an item BEFORE you place your order.
